Taytum Revels, Member Service Representative

Meet our team member Taytum! We are so pleased to have her join the HCCU team as a Member Services Representative. Taytum comes to us very familiar with who we are and the value we bring to our members, as she has numerous family members with ties to the credit union.

With over four years of customer service experience in retail including management under her belt, Taytum is a natural fit for HCCU, and is exceptional with our members in meeting their needs. This talent starts with being able to listen carefully to their requests or questions, and then ensuring that they are well taken care of. She especially appreciates being able to share with our members that their money is safe, and HCCU is there to assist them when they experience a life event that necessitate financial services or help.

Originally from Oshkosh, Taytum comes from a large family and much of her free time is spent with them or close friends. She considers herself an open book and looks forward to letting our member get to know her as well as she gets to know them. She will even share with them a love for Hello Kitty, which some of her friends consider quirky. We think it’s endearing.

Amy Koch, Member Service Representative

After years of taking care of children and then in turn the elderly, Amy Koch has decided to turn that experience into customer service and taking care of our members. She is friendly and very approachable. Aren’t we lucky she made this decision?

Amy enjoys learning new things and interacting with our members as well as getting to know them on an individual basis. She especially likes to educate and inform them about how rampant fraud is, and how to protect themselves as well as their accounts.

Amy is from a small family and in her free time enjoys thrift shopping with her Mom, reading and is an avid TV watcher of sports.

Bailey Balthazor, Member Service Representative

We are so pleased to have Bailey Balthazor on our team. Our members can see Bailey’s smiling face and experience her positive and friendly demeaner at the customer service windows daily. Her eight years of customer service experience make her well suited for HCCU as she believes customer service is what makes an organization human. We agree! If Bailey’s last name seems family to you, it probably is. A short time ago, her husband Evan also worked at Health Care Credit Union.

As we continue our mission of providing information to protect our members financially, Bailey has considerable experience in fraud prevention, and how to keep your finances secure and she is happy to help educate our members.

Bailey and Evan recently married and are proud dog parents. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, painting, reading and baking. She is also pursuing her Master’s Degree, in English at UW Oshkosh, and we are proud to support her as she works to achieve this goal.
